Return And Exchange Policy

Every Carat Cut garment is made to your measurements, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If something isn’t right, we’ll rework/alter it to make it right. If your garment doesn’t fit as expected, we offer one complimentary alteration per garment when you tell us within 7 days of delivery. To request a rework, please raise a ticket with us within 7 days of delivery with your order details.
